Planning everything with SMART concept

From the beginning of organising time and ideas for my project I needed to make a strictly plan about what, where and when I should do my preparations for recording it step by step. SMART objectives made it much easier for me, because I could organise everything better in time and also predict accomplishing my goals for this project. 

Let's start to describe it in some details:

S - Specific [ What do you want to do? ]

I want to record four styles of dance with four different characterizations as a four seasons of year. 

Included types of dances in the project:

- Ballet

- Shuffle Dance

- Salsa & Cha-Cha Dance

- Zumba Dance

We can compare it also to four different typical humanity emotions or moods in a whole year. 

I want to show my dance and technical directing skills with this project, because for the first time in my life I have opportunity to just try do something what I wanted to do for a really long time. 

M - Measurable [ How will you know when you've reached it? ]

To reach everything in time, I needed to predict when actually I'm going to start record my project, when do I need to order things and clothes for it, do some preparations for example making progress with my dance skills, how I'm gonna look for each of the videos and where do I need to record them. 

A - Achievable [ Is it in your power to accomplish it? ]

When I was thinking about it how I'm gonna achieve my goals which I planned, I knew that I will need some help. Thankfully I have really good people around me who want to help me with no interests for it. That's why I was sure that I can accomplish my plan about this project, but I also knew that I need to sacrifice a lot of my free time, even time for sleeping to reach everything.

R - Realistic [ Can you realistically achieve it? ]

Well, I was so motivated to achieve goals which I planned that I really needed to predict everything, even some consequences of my decisions, but it's still worth it. 

Realistically I just needed to organise clothes, some friends for helping me with records, characterizations, think about it where I should record these parts and that's it. It's just taking time to prepare everything properly. 

T - Timely [ When exactly do you want to accomplish it? ] 

I want to accomplish my project as soon as possible. We have deadline untill 17th of March, so I organised my time to complete my records and technical process of them that I can be sure when the time will be finished for our work I will do everything 'till the end. 

That is the way how SMART concept is working. Because of organising your work in time we can achieve a lot, but we need to do everything strictly to our plan.
