4 Ideas & 4 Types of dance - Research

 4 different ideas

1. Ballet

I chose this type, because one of my favourite violinist - Lindsey Stirling is inspired by contemporary ballet. There are 4 different styles of ballet: Classical Ballet, Romantic Ballet, Neoclassical Ballet and Contemporary Ballet. Basically ballet is a type of performance dance that originated during the Italian Renaissance.

ballet as a unified work comprises the choreography and music for a ballet production. Ballets are choreographed and performed by trained ballet dancers. Traditional classical ballets are usually performed with accompaniment.  Based on traditional ballet technique and vocabulary

2. Salsa & Cha-Cha combinated

Salsa is a Latin dance associated with the music genre of the same name phenomenon popularized in the United States mid-20th century in New York Ci. Salsa is an amalgamation of Cuban dances that were popular in the ballrooms and nightclubs of Havana.
Salsa dancing is absolutely essential to successful research in the social sciences these days, from sociology to political science, from anthropology to education, from social work to psychology.

Cha-cha (
Cha-cha-chá) is danced to authentic Cuban music, although in ballroom competitions it is often danced to Latin Pop or Latin Rock. The music for the international ballroom cha-cha-chá is energetic and with a steady beat. The Cuban cha-cha-chá is more sensual and may involve complex polyrhythms. Many social dancers count "one, two, cha-cha-cha" and may find it difficult to make the adjustment to the correct timing of the dance, "two, three, cha-cha, one".

I chose to dance like in cha-cha and salsa style, because they're showing a lot of romantic emotions, positive energy and strength. For one year in 2006 I was attending to the dance classes with my friend. That's how I discovered this style of dance in my life. It was really hard, because as a kid I needed to learn how to dance women's part and also men's part, but when I learned both of them it was giving me a satisfaction and motivation to learn more.

3. Shuffle Dance

The Shuffle dance was developed in the 1980s, it is improvised dancing where the person repeatedly "shuffles" the feet inwards, the outwards, while thrusting their arms up and down, or side to side, in time with the beat.
At first sight, it seems like the person is running while smiling and having a good time. To dance music fans, shuffling is more than just having a good time. As with most things EDM-related, it is a form of self expression, an accomplishment, and as some put it “a way to improve their mental and physical health”.

I decided to dance like that in my project, because this style is another type of emotional expression of feelings. Excitement, happiness, euphoria, optimism, everything is included in that one dance. We can experience a different kind of energy, positive vibes that we can share with others when we're dancing shuffle dance. Sharing that emotions with others can give them motivation to self-progress. That's my point of view about shuffling :D

4. Zumba Dance

Zumba choreography is composed using all or some of the sixteen core steps. There are four basic rhythms: salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia. Each workout involves highly choreographed movements set to upbeat salsa and international music. Essentially, Zumba is a fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise - and coming back for more. This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength, through the application of beginner-accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills to succeed in Zumba classes but those that have natural rhythm may pick up on the moves faster.

Zumba is a really good training for all parts of our bodies. We can achieve a lot of power after exercising it. What's more our bodies are getting healthier, metabolism is working faster and we are starting to build muscles, so it's definitely good workout to try.

I decided to show dance in my project, because it's giving me a lot of energy to do more in my life. It is one of my the biggest passion in my life and I can say that I'm living with some kind of music expression like dancing, singing. It is just my motivation to achieve more in the future.
