Advertisements - Part 2

Step by step

In this week we learned how to create our own ads step by step using pixlr.

I will show you how I created my advert from first post of advertisements. 
I chose to create something like that, because I based on my two passions - baking/cooking and doing nails. I decided two mix my two hobbies and put it together - into my ad's project.
Hope, that you will like this post and learn something new like me.

  1. First of all you need to find pixlr in google and create new advert in your size, you can also name it and add background.












  2. In section "Layers" you can add new layers on which you will be working with your advert.



  3. You can also change your background, put some gradients, add texts as well, everything what you need! :)



  4. When you start to add layers to your project, you can choose between empty layer, layer with image or text.




  5. I chose this photo to work on it with my idea. 



  6. I started to create my project with "Marquee Select" option. With this option you can decide which part of your photo you want to cut, duplicate or change in any other way by selecting it with dot's lane square. 



  7. I chose to put half of my photo in the middle to duplicate this motif. 





  8. I added text and a small logo that you can create with wix.com. You can always split it for two layers like me and change the colours of the whole sentence. What's more you can edit size of the text, type of it, shadows, colours and rotation.




  9. At the end of my work I had a lot of fun with filters and adjustments for example like this one on the screenshot called "Dehaze". With this options you can change shadows, highlights, contrast, color balance and more! 



    I recommend this programme, because it's really helpfull even if you will use editors like this for the first time. It's quite simple and everything is clear to understand. Try now and create something new! :)

    Please make sure you change the font of your blog as it is difficult to read. You have shown the technical process adequately but make sure you reflect on the final outcome and publish the advert research to your blog. We have discussed your advert during class, so please make sure you rewatch the session if you want to go over the feedback again.

    Where is your ideas generation post, Milanote board and SMART objective? You need to be prepared for the project sign off meeting next week! Please make sure you add this to your blog as soon as possible.

  4 different ideas  1. Ballet   I chose this type, because one of my favourite violinist - Lindsey Stirling is inspired by contemporary ballet. Preparations for records & planning everything for major project [Part 4 - Zumba Dance]

 Zumba Dance Nowadays Zumba is really popular as like a activity to do in a free time.  Last draw to show: It was the easiest one. I just imagined myself in a set of clothes for fitness. I wanted to have ponytail and straight hair.  1. 1 part of set  Sportish bra that I ordered as like an another part of my set which I combined from scrolling the website and searching for fitness clothes. It is really comfortable and also it was made from breathable material, so it was just perfect for recording physical activity. 2. 2 part of set Special leggings looking fancy are always good for doing fitness, but they need to be comfortable and stable when we will be moving, exercising and dancing.  It looked so good:  Ok, I described right now every part of my preparations, now it's time to show my pre-records.  Follow next few post to discover more! :D
